Returns & Exchanges
We will not return Damaged items from Physical abuse, unintended use or modification. You break it you bought it.
Return shipping on 60-Day trial policy, Exchanges or if and when required Warranty related repairs will be at the shippers expense, or will be deducted from the Finalized refund amount.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10-21 Days for Refunds and Exchanges to be complete.

· Custom Order items Which include items not normally kept in stock. Authorization may be granted to return customer order product with restocking fees to be determined prior to return. Email us at email@example.com
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All original equipment must be included in your return which includes but not limited to, original packaging, install brackets hooks, hardware and or cables.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different product, higher or lower wattage or different style light, send us an email at email@example.com prior to returning the products. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
